Shot and Shooter Drink Recipes
1/2 oz irish cream (such as Bailey’s®)
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps or buttershots
Serve in chilled shot glass.
(For Buttery Nipple aka CS Cowboy, increase butterscotch to 1 oz. Float the irish cream on top by slowly pouring it against the side of the glass.)
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
Pour both ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into shot glass, and serve.
3/4 oz 101 proof rum
3/4 oz melon liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lemon lime soda
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Serve as a shooter.
Surfer on Acid
1/2 oz Jagermeister®
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz pineapple juice
Pour ingredients into shaker over ice and shake until completely cold. Strain into a large shot or old-fashioned glass and shoot.
